We would ask you to read these general terms and conditions of sale applicable to the purchase of Vipshopboutic products via this website. 3.1. Availability of the service

You must be an adult to place an order at www.vipshopboutic.com. The articles offered for sale on this website can be delivered worldwide.

3.2. Purchase guarantee

The articles offered on this website are a selection of jackets, gloves, baselayers, socks, insoles and accessories.

  • Available sizes and colours*
  • Specifications
  • Packaging contents
  • Price (in the appropriate currency)

*Vipshopboutic makes every effort to ensure the colours displayed on your computer monitor correspond as closely as possible to the colours of the actual articles. However, these colours may differ depending on your monitor. With this in mind, Vipshopboutic cannot guarantee that the colours that appear on your monitor are a true representation of the actual colours.

Special offers, promotions or discounts apply until the date stated or while stocks last.

3.3. Purchase procedure

Select the articles you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping basket, by clicking the appropriate icon.

The shopping basket contains the name, size, quantity and price in EUR (including VAT) of the selected article. The stated price does not include shipping costs, which depend on the delivery method you select.

To place your order, you are asked to enter your personal details, which will be stored in our database for the purposes of processing the order and to simplify future purchases via the website. The personal details you provide will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may access your personal details and information on orders you have placed at any time. Vipshopboutic reminds you that your personal details must be accurate in order to avoid delivery problems. You can also request information and publications on Vipshopboutic.

After placing the order, an order summary will be displayed listing all articles and stating the total price (including shipping costs and taxes) with itemised costs and the delivery details. You should confirm the order by clicking 'Continue to next step’.

Purchases may be paid for by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, eCheck and Paypal) or via PayPal. Payment methods not stated in these terms and conditions are not accepted. Payments by credit or debit card are completed immediately via the payment gateway of the appropriate banking institution after verification of the details you provide.

Once the transaction has been confirmed you will receive an email at the address you provide with a summary of your order and the personal details you have provided. If you do not receive this email, this may be due to a temporary network problem or a mistake in the email address you have provided. In both cases, Vipshopboutic advises you to contact customer service.

  1. PRICE AND PAYMENT

4.1. Payment and currency

The prices on this website are stated in euros.

Vipshopboutic gives you the possibility to select the destination country before you place your order, to display the product prices with all appropriate local taxes included.

4.2. Value added tax

In accordance with the applicable Belgian legislation, Vipshopboutic must charge value added tax (VAT) on all products. VAT will be charged at the rate laid down by the applicable legislation.

4.3. Payment methods

Vipshopboutic only accepts payment by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or via PayPal.

Vipshopboutic accepts payments for purchases made via its website with the following credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, eCheck.

Payments by credit or debit card are completed immediately via the payment gateway of the appropriate banking institution after verification of the details you provide.

Payment via PayPal

Vipshopboutic accepts payments via the PayPal system.

4.4 Payment security

To ensure the payment system is as secure as possible, Vipshopboutic uses the secure payment systems of the leading banking institutions in the field of e-commerce. All confidential payment details are transmitted in an encrypted format (SSL) directly to the appropriate banking institution. For payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, Vipshopboutic only accepts secure electronic transactions (SET) using the 3D Secure international protocol, which is identified by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode and American Express Safekey logos. The basic principle of the SET initiative is to guarantee the security of online transactions. When you make a payment via the secure payment gateway, the system automatically checks whether the credit card has been activated for SET. The bank that has issued the card is then contacted to request authorisation for the transaction by means of a personal authentication code. The transaction will only be completed if the bank that has issued the card confirms the personal authentication code. In all other cases, the transaction will be rejected. We also have the GeoTrust SSL safety certificate for online transactions.

To complement the ‘secure payment’ system and help fight online fraud, Vipshopboutic reserves the right to check the personal details you provide and to take appropriate steps (including cancelling the order) to ensure purchases are delivered in accordance with the details stated on the order.

4.5. Purchase limit

Vipshopboutic does not permit the purchase of Vipshopboutic products for resale. If you wish to purchase articles for a higher amount or in a greater quantity for purposes other than resale you should contact customer services for information on the various options for placing such an order.

  1.  DELIVERY

Articles purchased from www.vipshopboutic.com will be delivered by an international delivery service within approximately 2 to 9 working days.

All our products are delivered free of charge in Europe, the United States and Canada from a total purchase amount of 250€. In all other countries, our products are delivered free of charge from a total purchase amount of 300€. For shipments with a total purchase amount of less than 300€, please refer to our country-specific shipping rates:

  • Belgium : 7 EUR
  • Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: 9 EUR
  • France : 12 EUR
  • Great Britain: 16 EUR
  • Rest of EU: 21 EUR
  • USA and Canada: 50 EUR
  • Rest of the world: 50 EUR

You must complete the applicable form correctly in order to avoid any delivery problems (incorrect addresses, nobody at home, etc.). You are advised to provide a phone number for a contact person in the appropriate field.

The shipping costs depend on the delivery method you choose, the destination country and the articles you purchase. The precise shipping costs are calculated when each article is added to the shopping basket and are displayed on the order summary page where you confirm the order by clicking ‘Continue to next step’ before entering your payment details.

Orders cannot be delivered to military bases or PO boxes

The shipping costs may be changed at any time without prior notice. This change will apply from the moment it is published on the help pages of this website and included in the contract published on this website. In any case, the shipping costs displayed at the time of the order always apply.

  1. EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS POLICY

6.1. Terms and conditions applicable to exchanges and/or returns

If you are not satisfied after receiving your order, you are permitted to return the purchased article or exchange it for a different size within 14 days of the date of delivery, provided the article is unused and undamaged. Vipshopboutic may refuse to accept used or damaged articles for return or exchange (except in the case of a defect).

Articles cannot be exchanged for another model, only for another size. To exchange an article, you must follow the returns procedure and make a new purchase. You must fill out and send the following form before returning the article.

All articles that are returned must be carefully packed with the delivery note or a correctly completed returns form.

If you have misplaced the delivery note when making the exchange or return, you can download the return form by going to the page showing the details of the order (under the heading Orders) available at www.vipshopboutic.com

6.2. Exchanges and/or returns to post offices

A purchased article can also be returned or exchanged for a different size by sending it to the address below:

In that case, Vipshopboutic advises you to send the article by registered post or with delivery confirmation. The costs of returning the article by post are payable by you, Vipshopboutic can never accept returns sent COD.

6.3. Right of cancellation

Based on EU law, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days, commencing on the day following the date of delivery without stating any reason and without being liable to any compensation. The direct return costs are payable by you.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us in an unequivocal way (for example by post, fax or email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the notification of the exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the corresponding period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you exercise your right to cancel we will refund all amounts received after purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of any additional costs of a delivery method other than our standard delivery method) without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days of the date on which you tell us of your wish to cancel. Your refund will be made in the same way as your original payment, unless you request a different refund method. You will never incur any extra costs as a consequence of the refund.

We may delay your refund until we have received the goods or you can prove provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods directly and immediately and in any case within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your wish to cancel the purchase. This term ends if the goods are returned before it expires.

You can use the services provided by Vipshopboutic to return of goods, which services are return to the shop free of charge or return by post, which is payable by you.

6.4. Refunds

Once the items have been received, Vipshopboutic checks that they are in good condition before shipping the requested size in the case of an exchange or refunding the purchase amount in the same way as your original payment was made.

It can take anything from 3 to 12 days after Vipshopboutic receives the return before the refund is paid. You will be notified by e-mail once the condition of the returned articles has been checked.

Refunds are always made in the same way as your original payment was made.

If Vipshopboutic ships the wrong article or the article is of substandard quality, Vipshopboutic will check the error or defect before refunding the cost of the returned article and shipping costs. If a defective article is returned by a regular post service, Vipshopboutic will refund the shipping costs provided you enclose proof of the return costs with the parcel. Please note that shipping costs are refunded after the article is refunded.

  1. REGISTRATION

The details you provide during the registration process will be used by Vipshopboutic solely for the purpose of processing orders and simplifying the browsing and purchasing process on the website. In addition, Vipshopboutic will provide information on its new products, campaigns and special offers subject to your express permission.

Vipshopboutic guarantees that any details you provide will not be shared with third parties or companies that do not belong to the group to which Vipshopboutic belongs.
