How it works?

Sanodegusto tableware is equipped with Tempcontrol technology®, heating and cooling technology. It is based on a temperature-stimulating material (hot or cold). Dishes stay hot or cold longer than any other dishes.

Your meals will always be served at the right temperature and will preserve all their flavors. Thanks to Sanodegusto tableware, you have more time to dress and serve. In addition, there is no need to hurry when eating since Tempcontrol® ensures the ideal temperature until the end of the meal.

The ideal temperature to keep your steaks, fish or vegetables warm once on the plate is 55°C/131°F. At this temperature, food also retains its taste and flavor. What to avoid overcooking your meat or your fish.


1) Place your dishes in the oven or in a warming cabinet at 90°C/194°F for 70 minutes.

2) The technology will absorb the heat.

3) When taken out of the oven or hot cupboard, Tempcontrol® slowly releases the accumulated heat so that your dishes stay hot for more than 30 minutes.
